Amazon Software Development Manager interview questions

I applied through Glassdoor and was contacted by a recruiter. She was excellent. She described the position and I described my experience. It was a great conversation. We then proceeded to a second interview, not with the actual hiring manager (at least I don't think so) but with another development manager. In that interview, the manager asked me inane behavioral questions. At some point I lost my calm with the interviewer, I guess that's why I failed that part of the interview. I contacted the original recruiter and asked her if she could supply a different interviewer. After a couple of days, she declined.

The interview was around system design and Amazon principles. Asked behavioral questions around amazon principles. 1. How do you handle an underperforming resource in your team. 2. Most complex project you handled. 3. Attended 1 screening and 4 loop rounds
