Question 1
Cómo había contribuído en mi equipo, tareas y outcome
The interview process was structured and fairly straightforward. I applied online and heard back within a week. The first round was an HR screening where I was asked about my background, career interests, and availability. This was followed by a technical interview that focused on problem-solving, coding, and a few scenario-based questions related to the role. After clearing that, I had a managerial round where I was asked about past projects, how I approach challenges, and my ability to work in a team. The final round was with HR again, where we discussed salary expectations, benefits, and company culture. Overall, the process took about two weeks and the experience was positive, with the interviewers being professional and supportive throughout.
