There is no Interview or questions. It's just The New Hire Event, you go through a presentation, they talk about the rates and benefits, go through a oral drug test, sign for any available shift they have depending on the days and they show you around. It's a easy 30-45 minute meeting.

I answered a questionnaire online and was contacted about starting the job later. I then went to fill out my information and take a drug test. There was official interview other than that.
