I was accepted once I passed the back ground and drug test and on the job training and performed my job well whether it was diverting packing the bags or as a sorter

Interview
The interview is pretty simple, you have a video call, and they just try to make sure you meet the minimum requirements on the job ad, like being able to be on your feet the whole day, lifting heavy parcels, etc.

They asked me if I was able to work a full shift standing up, and asked if I was able to lift up to 12-15 kilos by myself.

Interview
It was extremely easy. I went in, and they asked how efficient I am, and if I can left heavy packages. The interview was actually fun. The people were extremely nice to talk with. My interview went smoothly. They were easy to talk with. The questions were easy to respond to. They are extremely personable and enjoy talking with potential employees. Never felt nervous during the interview. Felt treated well and never asked uncomfortable questions during interview.
