Everything was online and super easy to complete. We did go to a location to take a drug test and a brief orientation. I also consented to a background check.

There is no Interview or questions. It's just The New Hire Event, you go through a presentation, they talk about the rates and benefits, go through a oral drug test, sign for any available shift they have depending on the days and they show you around. It's a easy 30-45 minute meeting.
