Interview
I had a great communication with a PM in the team. However, the recruiters totally messed up the process. I got a positive email from a recruiter and then a decline from another recruiter and then again a positive email from the first recruiter. Very unprofessional recruiting team. And finally I was ghosted. It is really horrible to be ghosted, but when you are in a pipeline and then ghosted, you ask yourself 1000 questions about what could have happened.

Question 1
General experience based questions that I answered using STAR.
They do a good job documenting the process on their careers page and there were no deviations, but to summarize:
(1) Recruiter
(2) Phone screen
(3) Writing assessment
(4) Final loop with five people (including one bar raiser)

Question 1
Every question is behavioral: Tell me about a time you had to make a decision with limited data
Very focused on the leadership principles so not like similar companies. Screening meet with product peer, then moved on to the loop where you are expected to use like 10+ different stories throughout the process (to keep from duplicating) so not ideal.
