Impersonal and stale. From the moment I got on the phone, the interviewer asked me if I was ready for him to start asking questions.
Literally, there was no "Hi how are you? Tell me about yourself and what drew you to Amazon." Nothing.
And then the questions were WAY out of my league meaning they were not at all related to the position I was applying for. I felt like the interviewer had no empathy or understanding. Felt like a cog in a machine.
The worst part is they are paying $45k for a job that should pay $70k. Bunch of BS.
