I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2015
Interview
A person from HR contacted me from Linkedin asking if I was interested in some roles in AWS in Dublin. We arranged a couple of phone interviews (1 hr each one), one technical and the second one more behavioural (how would you do if X happens..?) Then they arranged me a on-site interview day in Dublin. I did 7 interviews in a row of 45 minutes each with many different people who worked at AWS. The first couple of interviews were ok, at the end it started becoming boring. Everyone was asking the same questions following the STAR method. How would you do if... Tell me once you found difficult to end a project in time.. No questions about my resume. They interviewed even at lunch when I was trying to eat a sandwitch. They told me at the end of the day that would have let me know something in one week with a phone call or email. I'm still waiting for a response after 3 months.
