1st round was group discussion . Second round psychometric test ,which contained few situational question .3rd round was versant test , which is voice and accent test . 4th round was hr interview. almost 30 of us were selected out of 1500 crowd.

Interview
Consists of 5 rounds! JAM round, Group discussion round, Aptitude round, Telephonic round and HR round. Each test will take around 45-60 minutes. They will filter the candidates through each round. Basically in HR round they will ask you questions based on situations and what you will do at those situations? Try to incorporate 14 amazon principles as answers for the questions they ask. You'll be good.

The questions are focused on the 14 leadership principles particularly customer obsession. The check to see if you are ready to work on weekends, do night shifts and work over time.
