I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Hyderabad) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview went on really well.
Following were the rounds I had been put through.
1. JAM- to test your basic english vocabulary (HR would give a topic and ask you to talk about it)
2. Phone Versant- You have call a number and finish this test. This tests you english speaking skills. This test is for about 20 odd minutes
3. Watson Glaser- This test is about how good a critical thinker you are. test is about 1 hour.
4. Operational Interview- Here you will have one-one interview with a manager from operations. Its pretty tough to crack this round. the interviewer might ask few tricky questions and might try to confuse you.
5. Salary discussion round

3. Simple math problem on compund interest.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Amazon (Brüssel) in Sep 2016
Interview
Three interviews with one preliminary and two with senior partner consecutively for a bit more than half an hour each. All question were competency based and using the STAR method was helpfull for answering. I prepared exclusively questions about each amazon principles but it was more vague and general than a question for each principles which caught me a bit off guard.
