The interview went on really well. Following were the rounds I had been put through. 1. JAM- to test your basic english vocabulary (HR would give a topic and ask you to talk about it) 2. Phone Versant- You have call a number and finish this test. This tests you english speaking skills. This test is for about 20 odd minutes 3. Watson Glaser- This test is about how good a critical thinker you are. test is about 1 hour. 4. Operational Interview- Here you will have one-one interview with a manager from operations. Its pretty tough to crack this round. the interviewer might ask few tricky questions and might try to confuse you. 5. Salary discussion round
