Amazon Vendor Manager interview questions

2x Phone interviews then 5x 1 hour on-site interviews. Turnaround from phone interview to booking onsite interviews was 48hrs and from on-site to offer 1 week. Interview questions were behavioural questions based on leadership principles. Preparation required was to think of examples where the leadership principle was demonstrated and some data to convey the impact and scope I had in my previous role.
