Interview
5 rounds with different people. Ask tons of really unique situational questions, and give little to no positive or negative feedback throughout the process. Definitely looking for a certain time of employee who will not question managers or tasks, which isn't surprising at all as big tech. Keep answers short and concise 5 sentences I think is what they look for in STAR format. Memorize leadership principles and relate to questions. It's all just a game to have a successful interview and you can look up a ton of questions online.

Primero tienes que superar un formulario online con preguntas generales -> entrevista telefónica con un Vendor _> entrevistas presenciales en la sede de la empresa, 5 entrevistas en el mismo día y se repiten las preguntas
