I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Apr 2024
Interview
Stage 1: Assessment
Stage 2: 1-hour Phone interview, and
Stage 3: Panel 5-hour loop.
The assessment was not timed, so you can take as long as you want. In the next round, I had 1 vendor manager from a different category interview me. I was asked 3 questions each lasting 20 mins. The loop was also of a similar format but with 5 people. Each individual interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Tell me about a time when you fixed a problem without help or a manager:,
2. Tell me about a time you (and your team if Manager) were driving toward a goal and were more than half way to the objective when you realized it may not be the best or right goal or may have unintended consequences. What was the situation and what did you do?
I have attended 5 different case studies based on past experience of yourself. It is a very different methodology of evaulation. I havent experience it before. I suggest to at least attend the interview to have a different interview and have experience.

Question 1
All of questions were regarding my previous experince. For example, can you describe a challange you have encountered and how did you overcome ?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Santa Monica, CA) in Jul 2023
Interview
Very impersonal and a lot of requirements, never had a phone call with the recruiter. Everything is efficiency and lots of rules to follow. You have to learn their 14 rules of leadership which is way too much, overall I just wasn't interested enough to apply myself with everything they were asking for.

Question 1
I don't remember it was last fall but all of their questions are based around using their 14 rules of leadership and using the STAR method.
