Mostly online. Only in person for a short background check that they needed me to physically sign & also an ID photo for their company badges. Super quick process but there were many people they were trying to streamline.

1. Online Application • Submit through amazon.jobs • You’ll pick your shift, location, and answer basic questions • Sometimes no resume required 2. Virtual or In-Person Hiring Event • You pick an appointment time • At the hiring event, you may: • Show ID & documents (I-9 verification) • Take a drug test (mouth swab or urine) • Get a quick orientation on job duties • Usually no formal interview — you’re hired if you pass everything
