There is no interview just an acceptance after the initial background cheque. Pay was about 16.25 an hour regular and 18.55 during Christmas. You also get overworked during this time since they intentionally send people home leaving few workers to pick up and bustle.

Just show up pass ur drug test and background and the job is given. Still showing up on time is a must to avoid long lines. The associate confirms name and other information and they take a picture for badge and then do a 15minute drug test and the next day got results.
