I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Liverpool, England) in Aug 2019
Interview
Very quick and asked decent questions , they asked if I had any experience and if I could work nights or days, also asked if I was available for training that was for only 1 day but overall very quick process and not to much hassel
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Hagerstown, MD) in Dec 2020
Interview
Npt extremely professional, was given a paper with the days and hours I would work. I would be notified when my contingencies cleated (backgrounf, drug test, etc) was neber notified. Had to messahe amazon, was told I meeded to sign in to pick a shift. The interview and paper I recieved was very misleading. Not to mention the original inyervirw tome I picked and showed up for was not available, it mever had been. They were braking things down for the day and I was told, "oh, that time isnt available, it never was". So due to missing a day on that, misleadimg information on how you actually get your shift, finding out my contingencies cleared 3 days before I contacted Amazon, I did not get the job, by then all the poditions were all filled. Better communication is definitely needed.
There actually wasn't much of an interview process. You fill out the application form online, take an online test, then set up an appointment to choose your days/hours and take a drug test. They're super flexible, too, and if you can't make it, you simply re-schedule. Very easy process.
