Amazon Warehouse Associate interview questions

Phone interview with hiring manager. it was very informal. Manager was nice, asked simple questions regarding availability, being punctual, working extra shifts. Normal interview questions. Overall a very easy process.

Didn't get to the interview stage. Spent absolutely ages filling in application form that was like an interview itself. They wanted to know everything about me. After spending hours on this I never heard back. Then a friend told me it was because I wasn't 18 and they had minimum age requirements. Should have stated this at the start of the form instead of wasting so much of my time.
