The ad says work as soon as 7 days, I did the application online, the assessment online and went to the hiring event were they take your picture for the badge, followed by the I-9 completion form and Drug test, I was called a week later to confirm my start date. The recluter was rude not only did they gave away the start date I chose when applied initially online but he offered me a different role than what I chose to filled in a spot. When I mentioned if there was an available spot at another location he said I should wait, a month went by and I withdrew my application and applied at other locations and other roles and got the job. Follow your gut even they are recluters they look to fill in spots didn't seem he cared much about helping me figure how to get the same job at another location.
