Pretty simple. Asked you questions, your background info and sets out the schedules you’d prefer to work. It was really quick. I applied online and was able to set up an interview date while putting in my application.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2019

Interview
Amazon's warehouse hiring process is the worst I have ever seen! I went through the application process and new hire process twice. The first time I signed up for a shift that was offering a $2000 sign-on bonus. I went in to get my badge photo taken, do i9 paperwork, drug test, and schedule my shift. The employees have no customer service and act annoyed when you ask a question, like how to seal the drug test (the instructional video does not let you go back, you have to start over if you need to watch a part again). A few days later, I got a notification that the shift I had originally scheduled for was no longer available. On the website, there were no other options. They began texting me about full-time 10 hour night shift positions with no bonus like I was originally promised. The reason I chose the shift I originally chose was because it was in the morning and part-time, plus the bonus.
I proceeded to apply for another position at the Amazon Fresh Warehouse because I saw they were offering shifts that were two days a week, during the day. Instead of the system recognizing that I already went through the hiring process, It said I needed to make another new hire appointment. They required me to go in for another drug test, to fill out i9 paperwork, get a background check, and take a new badge photo. I can only imagine how much money was wasted requiring this again! THEN two days later, I got the same message about the shift I chose no longer being open. There are no shifts available. In order to work at another warehouse, like the Sortation Center, I have to reapply again and go through the same new hire process. There are no phone numbers or emails to talk to anyone, only a FAQ page.
