Not an interview, it's a "hiring event". You can literally walk in with basketball shorts and flip-flops if you wanted to, as long as you pass the mouth swab drug test and Background check you 100% got the job .

Applied online. Received an email inviting to a hire orientation. Manatory Orientation includes a drug screen and then they ask for ID like Social Security card, Driver's License to due a background check. Once you pass the drug screen/background check you receive an email giving you a start date/pay rate and documents to sign before your first training date. For the drug screen, you have to pass what the Federal Government says what is legal or NOT, so if you state has legalized marijuana- you still need to test negative for that substance since the Feds say it's illegal.
