I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon in Oct 2017
Interview
There was no interview. I applied online and it took about 30 minutes. Right after I submitted my application, I was given a contingent offer. Which basically meant that I was hired without an interview, as long as I pass the background, drug test, and other requirements.

Interview
Apply online, set up your "interview" date. You fill out forms(i-9, residency, proof of high school diploma-which is apparently required, however they skipped this for me?) are drug tested, and once you pass you schedule your first day.

Interview
You apply online, take a personality asessment and if you do well on that you get an email later on inviting you to their hiring event where you pick your preferred shift and take your drug test with 30 other people. There were no interviews.
After a week, if you passed your drug test they will send you an email offering you the job. In my experience, they will email you weekly at first, letting youu know they haven't forgotten about you and that they are just waiting to schedule your start date. I got my offer in late October and expected to start in November where I thought they'd need workers most(since holiday shopping and everything) but no, November passed and I started to get emails every other week reminding me the same thing that I still got the job.
It's now January and I did stop getting the emails, I went on my job profile and noticed that my status said "withdrew", I contacted them about it and they had told me that I'm no longer being considered and that they had already gotten all the candidates they needed and suggested to re-apply next time they are hiring again. Which is REALLY annoying but honestly what do you expect from places that do mass hiring.
