Amazon Warehouse Associate interview questions

There wasn't an actual interview. I just applied online, and scheduled an appointment to take the drug and background screen. I received an email two days later saying I passed and to await my start date. You could also just walk in to recruiting and apply there and take the drug and background screen. They were hiring anyone that wanted a job.

Complete the online assessment test, once completed it’ll take some time for them to get back to you. Constantly check your email, as all communications will be done this way. Once they’ve contacted you, you’ll be asked to schedule a new hire orientation, were they’ll give you basic information about working there. Next you’ll be given instructions on how to preform your own drug test, and asked which shift you’d like to work. Shifts are given out on a first come first served basis. So, highly unlikely you’ll get the shift you picked. Once a shift becomes open they’ll contact you via email. You’ll then be ask to accept or wait for another opening. Once a shift is accepted you’ll be ask to schedule your day 1 training.
