Not really an interview at all. You apply online and if you pass the assessment you get an e-mail with an invitation to make an appointment with the company. The appointment was just a group presentation talking a little bit about the company, benefits, and what they do in that particular facility. Afterwards if you're still interested you get another e-mail invitation to schedule your orientation.
