I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Sacramento, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
All of the processes is online. When they make you an appointment is just so that you sign some documents and the drug test. Don´t make the mistake I did of getting all nervous and dressed up is literally just entering doing your stuff and then you leave. The hiring process was inmediate I will start in a few days. Tik Tok says working at the warehouse is awful, but at least is some money. The future sucks.

Question 1
They asked or my I-94 and I didn´t have it printed but I had it on my phone and that was enough.
I indicated I was disabled on my application. Was contacted the day before start date via voice message, letting me know who my day 1 and day 2 interpreters would be. This confused me because I never spoke to an HR Staff person to discuss what my disabilities are. Allowed to come to work for 10 hours, I asked if I could give my documents to a manager to copy showing proof that I am disabled. I was told to hold on to them and my manager will get them tomorrow. It was all down hill from that point. Worked one day, couldn't work anymore, asked for accommodations and a less demanding job. It took close to 6 months for 4 different staff members to try and find me a different job. All that time and I was told nothing was available. I have a 4 year college degree in Secondary Ed/Bus + over 10 years office experience and there was no job they could find me. Hummmmmm Sad! All I wanted was a job with great benefits.
