Loop interview consisting 5-6 interviewers that has absolutely no clue about the position except the hiring manager that decides the results. Very ridiculous process for very little experienced people on the panel.

Too many repetitive questions but you’re not allowed to use the same scenarios.

6 rounds of interviews with different members of the team including commissioning , tpm , construction coordinator, and hiring manager. The interviews were conducted over a 2 day period and I was notified a couple of weeks after the interview

There were 7 rounds of interviews, and written exercise.
First two interviews are by your hiring manager or someone who you are likely to work with.
Next 5 interviews are what’s called the loop. These are typically two leadership principles per person.
