I was messaged by a recruiter on LinkedIn to apply through their career website, then got a response after asking for my availabilities. The first round was around 90 minutes, mostly talking about previous experience, especially with certain equipment. After that, I was scheduled for four-hour (four rounds back-to-back) interviews. Prior to the interviews, I was given an interview guide (Leadership Principles, the STAR method, etc.) The interviewers mostly asked technical and behavioral questions: 1st interviewer - Mechanical knowledge 2nd interviewer - Electrical Knowledge 3rd interviewer - Safety Knowledge 4th interviewer - I was honestly so tired that I just wanted to end the process. They gave me an answer after a week. I know I didn't do well so I expected it. However, they don't give any feedback regarding your interview performance. The recruitment team is really proactive with regard to the response time, but it's just the interview process in general is very exhausting.
