The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2022
Interview
7 hours of back to back meetings. All questions are based on Amazon's leadership principles, and interviewees should use the STAR method to answer. For UX Desigers there is a white board brainstorming challenge, where the interviewee is asked to solve a design challenge. The challenge is selected from a list of challenges provided to the interviewer.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services in May 2024
Interview
Started with an online test, then a portfolio review screening, followed by the full loop. The loop included another portfolio review, leadership principle interviews, and a design challenge. Leadership principle interviews were the trickiest part because many of the questions are similar and they are looking for very specific data in your responses. After every response, they asked if there was anything I would have done differently if facing the situation again
