First round was phone interview including all the technical questions about IT infrastructure. Second round was onsite intreview about AWS leaderships. The phone interview has 1 interviewer and the onsite has 4-5 inteviewers.

Phone interview with hiring manager and HR.
Behavioral questions with AWS principal focused.
They are positive and human-centric but I failed at this stage unfortunately.
In short, the process is good and smooth
