I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services in Aug 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, did a phone screening. Then there was another screening interview with an employee, followed by 5 interview sessions. The entire process moved quite quickly. Recruiters were very responsive and helpful. I enjoyed every interview session with the team and stakeholders. For the interviews I did spend some time preparing my work experience and data pints to tell my stories.

Question 1
Asked me to talk about a project that I self-handedly designed and launched. Some questions are around challenges I had at work and how I resolved them.

Two screening phone interviews followed by a loop with five interviews in one day. Found it to be very efficient. The loop day was long but I preferred that to interviews spread out over several days.
