I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Genua) in Aug 2022
Interview
First I was called from HR for generic background. Second I had a 1:1 with a peer role from another country (UK senior engagement manager), third wrap up and invite from HR to final round: “the loop” which consisted in 5 interview on the same day with several roles (one peer, hiring manager, a a practice manager a solution architect)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Each round had 5-10 different questions for 5 different people: come prepared but specially be transparent and in line with the core values. Don’t lie, be yourself: that are not stupid 😃
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2026
Interview
Receive an email to provide availability for a meeting, I had to go through 3 back and forth till it was scheduled. Interview with Hiring manager then loop interviews process, if you pass all then you receive an offer. Despite having learned about Amazon leadership processes and practiced for the interview, it seems the interviewee expected to hear answers in a specific way.
I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Tel Aviv-Yafo)
Interview
The process was not super transparent, and they weren't very communicative. Also couldn't get a great sense of the role and what exactly they were looking for in terms of seniority (conflicting info).
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Arlington, VA) in Sep 2025
Interview
Got a text message asking me to schedule initial screening call with recruiter, which went well. Then i was scheduled for a 1 hour interview with a member of the hiring team. I thought the interview went well but i received feedback two days later that they wouldn't proceed with my candidacy. I was supposed to do a 5 hour loop interview after that.
