I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services in Feb 2023
Interview
It was on-campus. Three rounds: 1. Initial Screening (Non Technical Aptitude and Behavioral based) 2. Two interview rounds (one project based, one CS fundamentals + questions on Amazon's Leadership Principles) I have no idea how to initial screening works. But what I can guess is that they are looking for a specific kind of personality that shows some of their leadership principles. And, in the personal interview rounds, the interviewers were quite friendly.
The interview is more focus on Leadership Principles and some behavioural question. It do ask a bit of Technical concept questions, like database and TCP. It went well. The interviewers are all very friendly.
