Interview is lengthy, 4 hours, split in 4 sessions with 4 different interviewers. For Customer Support role most of the Interview is behavioral questions. It is hard, but great experience.
It was okay and was not too difficult or too easy. The questions asked were expected and I feel as though I answered them appropriately. I did not receive an offer but that is okay.

Group interview on call...no space to interact with your intervier freely as they are in hurry to end the round as soon as possible. They were just asking one question and expect to judge us on it.
