First interview done directly by the hiring manager, HR did a screening by email.
The interview was scheduled for 60 minutes. He said it would be 53 minutes

Overall it was a good, it was for a bilingual role, lost out at the final stage but they were very communicative and clear throughout, a rarity nowadays.

El proceso de entrevista fue larguísimo. Primero tuve dos entrevistas con RRHH y luego me pidieron que apartara 6 horas de un día laboral para hacerme entrevistas seguidas durante casi 6 horas. Hay que preparar una serie de casos y respuestas con cierta estructura, porque todas las entrevistas siguen la misma metodología. Piensa en los detalles: ¿Quién participó? ¿Qué hiciste tú en concreto? ¿Cuáles fueron los resultados de tus acciones? ¿Cómo conseguiste tener impacto? Todo esto estará conectado con sus principios de liderazgo.
