I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Montreal, QC)
Interview
2-3 interviews, then the Loop
1 of 4 loop interviews drills very deep. It seems they are looking for sysadmins backgrounds type that want to jump customer side.
Also the answer style they are looking for is absurd. The HR folks are super nice and help you prepare, but basically tells you to "amplify" and "make up numbers" to back your story and follow the expected format.
Pretty broken interview style if you ask me!

Interview
Interview process is too complex and and too heavy for what they are offering.
Some interviewers were empathic and actually helping, others were acting as they were in a rush.
