Amazon Web Services Program Manager interview questions

An AWS recruiter reached out to me about the role through Linkedin. He sent me the job description through email. We spoke over the phone about the position. Next, an interview was set up with the hiring manager. Prior to the interview, I was sent preparation material for the discussion and links to videos. Someone told me that working for Amazon was like being in a cult. I wasn't sure what that meant until I interviewed. The first question was whether I had read their 16 Leadership Values. They went on to say they implemented the values in their home. I was asked the same PM questions everyone asks for the past 20 years. Apparently I didn't have the secret answers for them.

Interview with hiring Manager was good. During the second interview the person was clearly annoyed being there, complaining that already had eight interviews for that position. During the interview the interviewer was not interested and made it clear.
