Fair but tough- lots of questions around Leadership Principles but the recruiter prepared me with information ahead of time. Full interview panel was a grueling day that is exhausting. I did feel the interviewers got a good overview of my experience.

Crazy long 6 months period of 10 intense interviews. Did not get the job in the end, and no feedback as to why. The last interview phase consisted of a 4 hour window, 4 different interviewers. A couple of them asked the same questions. All interview questions are based on their 16 Leadership Principles, so you need to prepare examples of where you demonstrated those principles in your work experience.
