I was initially excited about their commitment to timely feedback, but found the overall process a mess. The scheduler messed up several time, the interviewers seem to be reading off a script and only focused on behavioral questions that they were assigned from the leadership principals. No one asked what I had actually done before or about my previous success. I received an offer but declined base on low comp and overall experience.
