Amazon Web Services Software Development Engineer SDE interview questions

After the OA I had a loop round. Each round had the following things tested- LeetCode dsa problem, OOD, behavioral Leadership principles. I got the schedule link about a month after completing the OA. In the OA I successfully completed both the questions all the test cases passed.

I didn't pass the Online Accessment. There are 4 parts. I feel it's difficult but I was confident. One or two days after I completed the OA, I received the email saying will not move forward. I don't know what's the reason, as I feel did it not bad.
