with recruiter ~30 min, role, process and benefits overview with some lead or manager ~1 hr could be a little technical with 4-6 hrs with 6-8 folks, breaks in between, technical and behavior

First stage interview was pretty smooth, answered everything correctly but it seems they were looking for something else so I get it wasn’t the best fit. The hiring manager was polite but I wasn’t given a good information as to why I wasn’t moved to the next stage. I was sent a generic mail.
