For all their talk of being the world's best employer and how forward-thinking they are, you'd be surprised how stuck in the past they are with rote memorization. Too much emphasis on just tech skills and not enough focus on a person's various other skills.

Was okay. I interviewed for the solutions architect role - private equity team.
Interviewer didn’t ask any question within context of private equity or how solutions architect is applied in the private equity environment

I went through two rounds.
The first round was a preliminary technical knowledge check with an SA.
The second round was simulating customer requirements, creating a proposal, and conducting a whiteboard discussion on architecture selection and user considerations.

The first round involved discussions on the technical foundations of security and networking, such as the scope of cybersecurity, the operation of the OSI seven layers, and the client/server process.
The second round focused on technical selection and solutions discussion based on the given scenario.
I messed up in the second round, so I didn’t move on to the next stage.
