I applied online. I interviewed at American Express (New York, NY)
Interview
I spoke with a recruiter and the manager of the team I was applying for on the phone. Then I was selected for an in office panel interview where I presented to the group I was applying for. I thought that this went fine. However, after the interview, the recruiting coordinator never replied to me, though I followed up multiple times. I found this rude, especially as I have a job and I had to work to complete the case.

I applied online. I interviewed at American Express (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
Poor candidate experience. Communication breakdowns between and within teams, and between team and recruiter. Flippant last minute cancellations (second time of 2 in-person interviews with the company recently). Recruiter frequently ignored follow up emails.
