Recruiter was unorganized, non-responsive and not prompt. I had to constantly follow up and provide updated availability...perhaps, the Recruiter or American Express need to implement more modern productivity resources, such as Calendly? This is one of the most inefficient, cumbersome and uncooperative recruiting experiences in my career experiences.
