I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Express
Interview
Three interviews. First one with HR and the second and third ones with management of the department. No tests whatsoever. Process was very straightforward, but not very structured. I've had interviews after with bank etc, and these are usually much more structured.

Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker and how did you handle it
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Ciudad de Mexico) in Apr 2015
Interview
After contacting HR they will send you a link where you have to fill the job application. After that, they call you for a first interview. This interview is with HR, they will evaluate your English level. They explain to you that you will be working with cardholders in Mexico, Argentina, the U.S. and probably Canada. Then, once you are selected they will book an interview with the hiring manager, they will ask you hypothetical and tricky questions, like where you have to be very clever to elaborate your response, most managers a very tough. Others questions they ask are based on a story they give you where you can take advantage on what information they give you. Once you're selected, your English level will depend on that, they will direct you to hire right, here you have to forget what you wrote in your resume and place all your work experience from a specific time frame. If you lie in your original application, don't lie to hire right. I mean it. Don't lie if you really want the job. After hire right says you're good, you have the job.
