American Express Customer Service interview questions

Telephone interview with standard questions and lots of housekeeping (i.e. fact checking CV). The interviewer spent the first third of the interview outlining salary expectations, benefit packages, shift patterns etc. They then asked more competency questions and finished off with a lot of information about how they use your data and what would happen if you were offered the job (in terms of background checks etc.)

Lady asked me to brief myself , and i did that properly , but i don't know what happened and she just rejected me . even m confident that i did my interview very carefully.
