American Express Data Science Manager interview questions

The recruiter called and scheduled an interview over the phone. No prior information was given about the type of interview and what to expect. The interviewer was nice. Asked a bunch of questions and verified answers from his playbook. Also, provided feedback. After the interview, I followed up few times with the recruiter and they never responded. Very unprofessional experience.
