Had the typical phone interview which was followed up by an in person interview in New York with the director. Interview in New York was pretty straight forward, no behavioral questions. This was then followed by an in depth interview with an Amex manager from Singapore who was moving to New York. This was full of in depth questions to get to know me a lot better. Overall the process took way too long as the interviews started in February and I didn't get to find out until June that they had already hired someone sometime in May. The only reason I found out was because I e-mailed them after not having heard from them for 2 months.
