I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Mar 2015
Interview
Three interviews starting with recruiter, manager and senior manager. The managers ask technical questions that might be too specific. The senior manager focuses on personality and fit. All phone interviews so no face to face which might be a negative. The technical questions were specific to the industrial engineering role and taken from the basics of IE. Situational questions are common and not tricky.
Phone Interview with two others on speaker phone, pretty straight forward with the standard initial interview questions. They asked about my projects, experiences and coursework from my university. They did also ask if I would be open to other roles within the company.

Can you tell us about your projects?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at American Express (Edinburgh, Schottland) in Jan 2022
Interview
Was short and was on the vue interview system (used for most companies) which is once again so impersonal. Overall, it wasn't too stressful, only took me about 20 minutes and was informative.
