The hiring leaders are friendly. There are 3 rounds for the recruitment of the interns. First, we have to play some online game. Second, we went through a group interview. Lastly, the hiring leaders who are interested in you will ask you for a 1-to-1 interview.

Online coding challenge, followed by an in person day in Brighton focusing on a team coding challenge. Great fun, loads of friendly interviewers and freedom to express your ideas. This way they can cover your coding skills, teamwork and usual behavioural questions.

Interview
Video Interview, very smooth but the preparation time is very short. Some questions are hard to answer but the limited time force me to answer quickly. There is only one chance for the interview. It can not be stop during the interview period.
Group interview with 5 other people, 30 min for excel in the end. Interview process was very smooth and easy, interviewers were nice. the group interview is the only real selection step after video interview
