I found the position in their web page, they called me for an interview in Mexico city, we talked for almost 2 hrs. half of the conversation was in spanish, the guy asked for examples of situations that i had to solve, in fact was kind of FODA analysis, the next interview was directly with the marketing director, polite but very straightforward.
