I APPLIED FOR THE POSITION ONLINE AND GOT A CALL BACK FROM HR A WEEK LATER FOR SCHEDULING A PHONE INTERVIEW WITHIN NEXT WEEK. ONLY GOT THE PHONE INTERVIEW TODAY, THEY TOLD THEY WILL BE CALLING BACK UNTIL END OF NEXT WEEK. SINCE THEY ARE IN TEH FIRST STEPS OF THE HIRING PROCESS, I AM INFORMED THAT THERE WILL BE SEVERAL OTHER STAGES FOR THIS EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. ALSO THE LADY FROM HR LEFT HER DIRECT PHONE NUMBER KINDLY AND TOLD I CAN CALL ANYTIME FOR UPDATES OR ANY QUESTIONS. SHE WAS VERY KIND, POSITIVE AND WHELMING.

3 in person interviews Team / Manager Director VP The questions were focused on past experience and knowledge of Industrial Engineering. It's best to use an interview strategy when discussing previous experience.

Went through 3-4 rounds where they asked behavioral and then some case studies here and there. Really wanted to see how you thought through a problem. Overall the behavioral questions were also centered around how you'd fit into the team and what you value.
